MicroEssentials® SZ® vs. MAP

Objective

Evaluate the yield response of corn to MicroEssentials® SZ® (12-40-0-10S-1Zn) compared to MAP (11-52-0)

OVERVIEW

  • MAP is a common phosphorus (P) fertilizer used in corn-growing regions of North America.

  • In addition to nitrogen (N), P and potassium (K), corn is very responsive to sulfur (S) and zinc (Zn).

  • MicroEssentials® SZ® contains N, P, S and Zn fused into one nutritionally balanced granule, creating a single source for balanced crop nutrition.
