      What drives Chris?

      While endless opportunities and the challenge of continual improvement may deter some people from farming — it’s what motivates Chris as he watches his crops grow, knowing he and his family are playing a role in feeding the world.

      Fertility Program

      Chris’ fertility program begins with regular soil testing to review nutrient levels and identify any deficiencies. Based on the results, he applies balanced fertilizers specifically tailored to each crop’s needs —improving plant health while gradually building overall soil fertility.​

      While he’s satisfied with current levels of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, he’s on a continual journey to better understand micronutrient levels and requirements.
